Speakers:
Thomas Bray
Former Senior Business Advisor and Editor, J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc.
As Senior Business Advisor at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., I assisted customers directly and by developing and working on print and online products.
I am what is termed a subject matter expert, and customers appreciate the quick and clear guidance people in my position at J. J. Keller provide.
In the course of doing my job, I contacted and worked with many regulatory and enforcement experts. This helps me develop my knowledge and skills, as well as better equipping me to help customers.
J. J. Keller is one of the companies that lives up to what it says. They talk about being a flexible and supportive employer and wanting to be an employer of choice and a great place to work, and they are all of those things.
In my time away from J. J. Keller, I am a firefighter/AEMT for my local fire department. My supervisors and managers at J. J. Keller have always been understanding of my “two lives” (J. J. Keller and the fire department). They have always supported me when my two lives collide, and I have to be late due to being tied up on a call that came in right at shift change.
