What can DataQs do for your company? The webinar will provide a practical guide as a motor carrier, driver, State partner or a public industry in using Data Q’s and the Crash Preventability Determination Program. FMCSA’s Federal Program Specialist, Grant Barnes will be present to provide an overview CPDP. Under this program, if you have an eligible crash that occurred on or after Aug.1, 2019, you may submit a Request for Data Review (RDR) with the required police accident report and other supporting documents, photos, or videos through the Agency’s DataQs website.

Grant Barnes began his employment with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Wisconsin Division in August of 2011. Prior to that Grant was an investigator with Missouri Department of Transportation and was part of the CSA 2010 test state roll out.
As an investigator, Grant conducted federal investigations at assigned companies in the State of Wisconsin. Grant also conducted vehicle inspections and is the state HHG specialist for FMCSA.
Grant is also an instructor for the National Training Center and teaches the Compliance Review course nationally. He has participated in multiple agency work groups. Grant is now the Federal Program Specialist for the state of WI.
