TOPIC:
Mental Health & Physical Health Awareness
The trucking industry is facing a wellness crisis—and it’s time to take action. This seminar will explore the critical intersections of driver health, retention, and performance through the lens of data, real-world strategies, and industry insight.
Attendees will learn how driver wellness impacts every stage of the driver lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to long-term retention and quality of life. We’ll explore practical, sustainable solutions that can be implemented on the road and within companies of any size.
A key highlight of the seminar will be a presentation of newly collected data on chronic stress, aging, and cardiometabolic health in the trucking workforce—offering valuable insight into how long-term occupational stress affects drivers and what can be done to reverse the trend.
This is a must-attend event for industry professionals, safety managers, wellness coordinators, and anyone committed to creating a healthier, more sustainable future for professional drivers.
