Assistant Professor at UW–Madison School of Nursing, Dr. Wan‑Chin Kuo is a nurse scientist specializing in aging, chronic stress, and health disparities. Her research uses behavioral and social data to better understand and improve cardiometabolic health outcomes in high-risk populations.
Hope Zvara
CEO and founder of Mother Trucker Yoga® and Road Relief Wellness™, where she helps professional drivers improve their health through practical movement, stress management, and wellness strategies designed specifically for life on the road. A nationally recognized speaker, Hope has been featured in Forbes, Yahoo News, PBS, and SiriusXM Radio, and is the author of Trucking Yoga: Simple Fitness for the Long Haul. Her engaging presentations provide simple, actionable techniques that help drivers reduce pain, improve mobility, and build healthier habits for the long haul.
Norlene Gray CDS, CTP
Transportation HR & Safety Manager at Brakebush Transportation, where she oversees driver safety, compliance, and workforce development. A Certified Director of Safety (CDS) and Certified Transportation Professional (CTP), Norlene was named the 2022 Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association Safety Director of the Year. She is a respected industry leader and educator, passionate about improving driver wellness, fostering strong safety cultures, and helping fleets achieve operational excellence.
