TOPIC:
Political Shifts, Regulation & Insurance Exposure
In an increasingly dynamic political and regulatory environment, motor carriers are facing heightened scrutiny, evolving compliance requirements, and continued volatility in the insurance market. This session will examine how current political trends are influencing regulatory policy, enforcement priorities, and insurance availability and pricing across the transportation industry.
Industry experts will provide practical insights into what these shifts mean for carriers today, including emerging risks, regulatory expectations, and strategies for navigating insurance challenges in a changing climate. A third speaker (TBD) will round out the discussion with additional perspective on how carriers can proactively manage exposure, remain compliant, and position themselves for stability amid ongoing uncertainty.
Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the forces shaping the industry and actionable takeaways to help their organizations adapt and plan ahead.
