COW Itinerary
April 8th
- 3:00 – 5:00pm: Issue Briefing & Reception at ATA Headquarters (80 M St. SE Suite 800) Distribution of Legislative Packet.
- Reception will be with Minnesota, Iowa, and Utah Trucking Associations.
- Dinner on your own (ATA will provide list of restaurants).
April 9th
- 8:00am: Breakfast at ATA Hill Office (430 First St. SE Suite 100).
- Breakfast will be with Minnesota, Iowa, and Utah Trucking Associations.
- 9:00am: Congressional office visits begin (detailed schedule coming soon).
- Lunch Break
- 5:00pm: Conclude office visits.
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm: ATA rooftop reception at ATA Hill office (430 First St. SE Suite 100) with Minnesota, Iowa, and Utah Trucking Associations.
- Dinner on your own.
April 10th
- Fly home.
Room Reservations
1 King Bed – $309.00 + taxes
The hotel has limited double queen rooms, so they were unable to include any in our block. If you want a room with a double queen, you must call and ask if there are any available.
The cut-off date for making reservations is March 13, 2025.
