Our staff will continue to monitor all events and venues and inform members well in advance of any such cancellations.  This will be an ongoing process of working out details, we will continue to provide updates or changes. We will be sure to send out announcements with upcoming events, as well.

If you have already registered for an event that has either been postponed or cancelled, The association’s staff will work with the individual points of contact to either apply these arrangements to a replacement date, alternative events or process refunds.

All other WMCA and its divisions’ events will be according to their scheduled dates and subject to change due to status of the COVID-19. Thank you for your continuous support.
