WMCA Golf Outing – The Oaks Golf Course

WMCA staff is working closely with team at Oaks Golf Course to ensure we are providing the highest level of service and cleanliness to our group. We are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and will connect with our guests if there are any restrictions implemented.  As of July 8th, the event is moving forward as planned. We have the following in place for our golf outing:

-Upon arrival, the Cash Bar will be located in the clubhouse. Masks are required upon entering the clubhouse.
-Registration will be located outside the clubhouse.
-Lunch will be boxed individually.
-Beverage carts will be available throughout the course.
-The driving range and practice greens are open.
-Single carts are available upon request. No additional charge. Please email vsolis@witruck.org
-Reception has been cancelled.
-Hole challenge winners will be contacted for prizes.
