January – Ben Thomas, Johnsonville Trucking
Ben has been a professional driver for 18 years, the last 10 with Johnsonville Trucking. Ben has more than 1.2 million miles accident free. Ben is very meticulous in how he keeps his truck and how he performs his pre & post trips. Ben participates in parades and marketing as he is such a great example of the Johnsonville Way!
February – Keith Kitchen, Heding Truck Service Inc
Keith has been a professional driver for 24 years the last 15 with Heding Truck Service. Keith has over 2 million accident free miles. Keith represents other drivers as the union steward since 2021. He is dedicated to helping his fellow drivers.
Keith is very active with the 4-H, FFA Alumni Program, his church and the County Friends of the Fair for Eau Claire County.
He and his wife own a floral and bakery in their home town of Augusta where they also have a sheep farm with their son Kevin.
March – Daniel Tegen, FLASH
Dan has been a professional driver for 35 years, the last 34 with FLASH. Dan has over 2.5 million accident free miles. Dan is very helpful with other drivers. He is very committed to safety and always on time.
Dan and his wife Sharon live in Green Bay.
From the 12 Drivers of the Month, one will be selected as the 2025 Driver of the Year. All 12 Drivers of the Month will be honored at the Annual Safety Awards Banquet which will be held on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells.
