Steve Maliborski, Acuity
Steve joined Acuity right out of college and will celebrate his 29th anniversary with the company in June. He has worked in a number of departments within the company, including Underwriting, Marketing, Systems, and Services. Today, he is a Senior Product Analyst, responsible for product, form, and pricing updates for Commercial Lines. Since 2016, Steve has been the team lead for the Trucking Customer Team. This cross-department group of individuals is charged with gaining knowledge of the trucking industry and sharing that knowledge with both current and future customers.
Mark Oesterle, FMCSA
Mark G. Oesterle became the Division Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Wisconsin Division on September 4, 2005. His passion for highway safety comes from more than 28 years in a variety of regulatory and training related positions with FMCSA. As Division Administrator, Mr. Oesterle is responsible for providing leadership over administration and operations of FMCSA programs within Wisconsin. His office partners with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Wisconsin State Patrol in delivery of national motor carrier safety program policies, commercial driver’s license objectives, enforcement actions to accomplish the Agency’s mission of reducing crashes on America’s highways.
As Team Leader of the FMCSA National Training Center, Washington, DC from 1998 – 2005, Mr. Oesterle led an agency training program which annually trained over 5,000 law enforcement personnel nationwide. He is a recognized professional on motor carrier regulations and the training of law enforcement personnel on safety and hazardous material regulations. Prior to his appointment as State Training Coordinator, Mr. Oesterle served 8 years as a Safety Investigator in the FMCSA Minnesota Division. He was responsible for conducting compliance reviews and investigations on Minnesota motor carrier operations.
Clint Beck, WI State Patrol
Sergeant Beck attended and graduated UW-Oshkosh in 2004 with a degree in Criminal Justice. He began his LE career in 2003 with the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office until 2006. Accepted a Trooper position with the State Patrol up until 2007 within Iowa County (DeForest Post) later transferred to Fond du lac County.
From 2007– 2012 he was a trooper in Fond du Lac County (Fond du Lac Post). Clint accepted a position as a Motor Carrier Inspector in Fond du Lac County from 2012-2016. Clint was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in the Motor Carrier Division. From 2016-2017, Sergeant Beck supervised the DeForest Post and Madison SWEF, among other counties.
In 2017, Sergeant Beck transferred back to the Fond du Lac Post where oversees of the Abrams SWEF in Oconto County and the Wrightstown SWEF in Outagamie County. In additional he also oversees of Outagamie, Brown, Marinette, Oconto, and Door County.
Sergeant Beck has been married to his beautiful wife Christy for 11 years. They have two daughters. He enjoys anything outdoors including his passion for hunting. Sergeant Beck enjoys stays active and coaching basketball at Faith Lutheran Grade School. In reality, his passions are slowly morphing into whatever his daughters are involved with as they continue to grow.
Little side note: Sergeant beck has a twin brother who is also a Sergeant for the Racine County Sheriff’s Office. Identical.
