SUMMARY:ELIT Seminar: Lobbying Your Legislator
DESCRIPTION:Members of the Emerging Leaders in Transportation (ELIT) will h
 ave a unique learning experience at the Wisconsin State Capitol on how to 
 best lobby their legislator.  The two hour seminar will include presentat
 ions\, discussions\, Q &amp\; A\, legislative staff visits\, catered lunch
 \, and a tour of the State Capitol.  WMCA Vice President Dan Johnson will
  lead the seminar.  Dan spent 18 years in the Wisconsin Legislature\, bot
 h in the State Assembly and Senate\, finishing his legislative career as a
  Senate Chief of Staff.  Dan has extensive knowledge of the legislative p
 rocess and will share his insight with attendees.  There is no charge for
  this seminar\, but only open to current ELIT members.\nAgenda\n\n10:00 a.
