 ’s rate of change has slowed a bit\, new guidance continues to be releas
 ed on at least a weekly basis. The Flexibility Act signed in early June pr
 ovides businesses who received loans the option to extend their covered pe
 riod from 8 to 24 weeks\, which will help most businesses reach full forgi
 veness of their loans. Additionally\, in mid-June the SBA released an “E
 Z” application to allow businesses to certify vs. prove certain data nee
 ded for forgiveness. We anticipate additional guidance and examples will c
