 nne Glover is the Director of Operations and Marketing for NIC Federal\, L
 LC.  She is accountable for the general operations and its partner market
 ing efforts as part of its federal leadership team.  Ms. Glover acts as a
 n enabler and influencer leading the contract team responsible for develop
 ing and managing the Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) on behalf of t
 he Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).\n\nPrior to joinin
 g NIC Federal\, Ms. Glover held various leadership roles in the federal in
 dustry.  She has significant experience leading teams in the highly-charg
 ed DoD environment while working collaboratively across the Services and g
 overnment agencies.  Ms. Glover is also an experienced speaker who energi
 zes diverse audiences while leading initiatives and synchronizing stakehol
 ders with an optimistic approach to engage and motivate teams.\n\nMs. Glov
 er earned her MBA from Webster University in Missouri and graduated with h
 er Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Grambling State University in Lou
