Prior to joining Acrisure in 2017\, Marks' law enforcement career began in 1989 focusing on highway safety ini tiatives with the Wisconsin State Patrol's Motor Carrier Enforcement Divis ion. This involved conducting roadside safety inspections\, HM inspections \, career audits\, education\, and various law enforcement activities.\n\n In 1995 while participating in the International Inspector Championships h e was awarded the "Grand Champion Award". In 1997\, he was promoted to Ser geant supervising regional Motor Carrier enforcement operations and earned his Certified Public Manager designation. In 2014\, Mark was promoted to supervision of the statewide Motor Carrier Enforcement and Investigation U nit.\n\nDuring his service Mark also served as WI State Patrol's Data Qual ity Review Administrator\, served on FMCSA's Technical Advisory Group\, pa rticipated in CVSA committees\, and instructed for FMCSA's National Traini ng Center.
