 Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors is a 2-hour course. This cou
 rse meets the DOT training requirements (49 CFR 382.603) for employers and
  supervisors and is critical in maintaining a safe and drug-free work envi
 ronment. It includes more than 60 minutes of training in making reasonable
  cause determinations for alcohol use based on specific\, contemporaneous\
 , articulable observations of appearance\, speech\, behavior\, and body od
 or.\n\nSupervisors will learn about their roles and the regulations set by
  federal\, state\, and company policies on drug &amp\; alcohol use in the 
 workplace\, covering the DOT guidelines on substance use and outlining the
  process for conducting reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol tests\, in a
 ddition\, also learning how to recognize the signs and symptoms of substan
 ce abuse in the workplace\, the consequences of such behavior\, and how to
