 s=""]Tim Norlin - Vice President of Driver Employment\, Roehl Transport\n\
 nTim is the Vice President of Driver Employment at Roehl Transport\, Marsh
 field\, WI. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a BBA in Transp
 ortation and Logistics. Tim has over 37 years in the transportation indust
 ry and has held positions in Operations\, Sales\, Safety\, Driver Training
  and Development and Driver Recruiting. Tim currently serves on the board 
 of directors of the Commercial Vehicle Training Association and the Next G
 eneration in Trucking Foundation. Tim is also a member of the North Centra
 l Wisconsin Workforce Development Board. In February of 2020\, Tim was nam
 ed the 2019 Recruiting Professional of the Year by Transport Topics magazi

 ey Trent is the Co-Founder and President of the Next Generation in Truckin
 g Association a non-profit association with the mission to promote truckin
 g as a positive career field and create trucking programs while encouragin
 g training and employment of young people in the trucking industry\; and c
 onnecting them to training and employment opportunities.\n\nLindsey fell i
 n love with the trucking industry while also learning about its vast emplo
 yment needs when she started a job in truck driver staffing. She went on t
 o work in business and customer development of Ryder\, the transportation 
 industry leader in supply chain solutions for North America. From professi
 onal drivers to technicians\, equipment maintenance to warehousing\, entry
 -level staff to Leadership\, Lindsey brings a wealth of knowledge\, connec
 tions\, and solutions to every door. She is passionate about introducing y
 oung people to trucking and the opportunities it an provide\, leading her 
 to revolutionize the industry by launching education and industry partners
 hips that aid in creating a skilled\, diverse\, and equitable workforce.\n
 \nLindsey serves on the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Trucking Associ
 ation and several school advisory boards including Fairdale High School wh
 ere she helped start their Diesel Technician program.\n\nLindsey is a grad
 uate of Purdue University and resides in Louisville\, Kentucky with her hu
 sband and two kids where she enjoys working out\, golfing\, traveling\, re
