 vc_column_text]Superintendent Tony Burrell\, WI State Patrol\nA respected 
 leader throughout the state and national law enforcement community.  Tony
  Burrell began his career in 1990 as a trooper in St. Croix County.  He w
 as promoted to sergeant in 2006\, lieutenant in 2012\, and then named capt
 ain of the state Patrol’s 11-county Northeast Region in March 2015. Foll
 owing the tragic shooting death of Trooper Trevor Casper on March 24\, 201
 5\, Burell was awarded the Medal of Valor – the State Patrol’s highest
  decoration for bravery.  He was promoted to Major and Deputy Director of
  the State Patrol’s Bureau of Field Operations in December 2016.\nPresid
 ent of the National Black State Troopers Coalition\, Burrell has a Bachelo
 r's Degree in Finance and a minor in Management from Upper Iowa University
 . He is also a graduate of the Northwestern University Center for Public S
 afety.\n\nCliff Johnson\, Acuity\nCliff Johnson is Acuity’s Trucking Spe
 cialist with over 30 years of trucking related experience.  Including edu
 cation from University of WI Stout MS Risk Control Program. Cliff holds ma
 ny years of actual behind the wheel driver experience currently holding a 
 Class A\, B\, C\, D and M Driver’s License. Experienced within the insur
 ance industry as a Loss Control Representative visiting motor carriers and
  helping them with their FMCSR compliance programs. Cliff has also worked 
 for Nordic Track and Pactiv Corp as their Environmental\, Health and Safet
 y Manager having significant warehousing and trucking experience. From 200
 1 to 2014 owned and operated a regional trucking business within a tri sta
 te area. Cliff’s current role is as a resource to underwriting\, claims\
 , agents and insured’s on issues related to reducing liabilities of the 
 motor carrier and driver.\n\nEllen Voie\, Women in Trucking\nEllen Voie is
  an internationally recognized speaker and authority on gender diversity a
 nd inclusion for women working in non-traditional careers in transportatio
 n. As founder of the Women In Trucking Association in March of 2007\, Voie
  currently serves as the nonprofit organization’s President/CEO. The Wom
 en In Trucking Association was formed to promote the employment of women i
 n the trucking industry\, to remove obstacles that might keep them from su
 cceeding\, and to celebrate the successes of its members.Voie’s prior ro
 le was the Manager of Retention and Recruiting Programs at Schneider\, Inc
 . She was responsible for creating corporate-level programs to encourage n
 on-traditional groups to consider careers in the trucking industry and des
 igned initiatives to eliminate (or reduce) irritants that lead to driver d
 issatisfaction\, which ultimately affects turnover.  Voie’s background 
 in the trucking industry began as the assistant and later Traffic Manager 
 for a steel fabricating plant in central Wisconsin. She then worked as a d
 ispatcher for a grain hauling carrier before becoming co-owner of a small 
 fleet. After starting a family\, she used her background to become a freel
 ance transportation consultant to carriers in Wisconsin\, licensing and pe
 rmitting trucks for more than 16 years. Ellen has received countless award
