His service reflects a strong commitment to protecting motorists and supporting the m ission of the Wisconsin State Patrol.\n\nSergeant Greg Venne is a longtim e member of the Wisconsin State Patrol\, known for his steady leadership a nd dedication to public safety. A graduate of the 50th Recruit Class\, he has served in various roles throughout his career. Greg received a Meritor ious Service Award for rescuing a driver from a burning vehicle during a 2 004 crash in Dunn County. His service reflects courage\, professionalism\, and a strong commitment to the mission of the Wisconsin State Patrol.\n\n Chris Kirby is a proven leader in transportation safety\, compliance\, and operations with over two decades of industry experience. As Senior Manage r of Safety &\; Compliance at America’s Service Line\, LLC (ASL)\, he excels at navigating DOT/FMCSA regulations\, strengthening safety program s\, and improving fleet performance. Chris earned his Certified Transporta tion Professional (CTP) designation in 2025 and serves on the NPTC Safety Committee and National Advisory Board. A U.S. Air Force veteran\, he bring s a unique blend of military discipline and corporate leadership to risk m anagement and workplace culture.\n\nSteven Stanaszak focuses on trial cour t litigation of catastrophic injury\, disfigurement\, wrongful death claim s\, and the defense of employment-related claims against employers. His li tigation experience also involves coordinating emergency response accident investigation\, reconstruction and evidence preservation\, and comprehens ive pre-suit claim analysis and valuation for catastrophic injury claims. Steve also assists employers with some of their most difficult staffing is sues. Regardless of the type of claim\, Steve focuses on assisting clients with an efficient and effective resolution of their disputes before and a fter a lawsuit is filed.\n\nThomas Gonzalez’s practice focuses on liabil ity\, cargo\, and freight charge disputes. Tom has been representing the i nterests of the transportation industry for more than 20 years. He is a tr ial attorney who defends motor carriers\, brokers and insurers against inj ury claims. He also applies his civil and criminal trial experience to cli ents’ cargo and freight charge disputes. His experience in the courtroom lets him counsel clients on avoiding litigation while also handling their matters at trial and through appeal if necessary.\n\nMatt Olson\, CPCU\, serves as the Commercial Underwriting Supervisor at SECURA Insurance\, bri nging extensive experience in commercial underwriting and workers’ compe nsation claims.
