 t recently became certified to teach our NATMI course and we are so proud 
 and thrilled to have her as our instructor. She provides a variety of serv
 ices to the Association and the Wisconsin Safety Management Council\, and 
 is responsible for organizing and administering Seminars\, Council Meeting
 s\, Driver of the Month/Driver of the Year Program\, the annual Fleet Safe
 ty Contest\, the President's Safe Drivers Club Awards event\, the Wisconsi
 n Truck Driving Championships\, and managing Wisconsin's Road Team. Kim ha
 s been in the transportation industry for over 30 years\, has her CDL\, an
 d was Terminal Manager for JBS Carriers in Green Bay. In addition\, she wo
 rked for Martin Trucking and Pegasus Freight Systems and owned her own sma
