 intra and interstate motor carrier operations\n 	New hire driver’s quali
 fications\, requirements and obtaining driver MVRs\n 	Driver qualification
  files\n 	Drug and alcohol testing\n 	Hours of service (drivers’ daily l
 ogs)\n 	Vehicle maintenance\, inspection and documentation\n 	Accident rec
 ord keeping\n 	FMCSA Pre-Employment Driver Screening Program (PSP)\n 	Over

 Jeff Swan\n\nRetired from the WI State Patrol in 2014 after 34 years of se
 rvice. Held assignments as a trooper\, inspector\, sergeant and investigat
 or in the Motor Carrier Investigation Unit. Conducted compliance reviews a
 nd safety audits for the FMCSA. Fielded DataQ requests from industry and p
 erformed roadside inspections of CMV’s.\n\nCurrently working for HNI Ris
 k Services in an advisory role conducting compliance assessments\, driver 
 meetings and assisting carriers as they work toward compliance with the fe
 deral and state regulations.\n\nPresenter - Mark Abrahamson\n\n\nRecently 
 retired as a Motor Carrier Sergeant a from the Wisconsin State Patrol in 2
 017 after 27 years of CMV Safety Experience and service. Most recently sup
 ervised the WI State Patrol’s Motor Carrier Enforcement and Investigatio
 n Unit (MCEIU) which included the Data Quality Review Program.  Additiona
 l program supervision included the oversight of the Radioactive Transporta
 tion Program and General Hazardous Material inspection.\n\nCurrent Risk Ad
