 g\, CDS\nA seasoned professional in safety and human resources\, with over
  20 years of experience in human resources and over 15 years in transporta
 tion safety. He currently serves as the Director of Customer Advisory Serv
 ices at Netradyne. Previously\, Adam held the position of Chief Risk Offic
 er at Halvor Lines\, Inc. in Superior\, WI. His contributions to the indus
 try include a five-year tenure on the Truckload Carrier’s Association Sa
 fety &amp\; Security Board and a member of the Traffic Captive Advisory Bo
 ard for 7 years.\n\n\nAdam's accolades include being named Safety Professi
 onal of the Year by the Minnesota Trucking Association in 2020 and receivi
 ng the Heavy-Duty Trucking’s Safety and Compliance Award the same year. 
 He earned his Certified Director of Safety (CDS) designation through NATMI
  in 2014 and continues to remain actively certified. Adam holds a Bachelor
  of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.\n\n\nAdam is p
 assionate about helping companies enhance their safety practices through d
 ata and coaching\, aiming to create safer roads for everyone. He has deliv
 ered numerous presentations to Captive Insurance Groups and industry assoc
 iations such as the TCA and MTA and has been featured in numerous industry
  publications\, podcasts\, and Sirius XM radio.\n\n\nOutside of work\, Ada
 m enjoys spending time with his family\, hiking the trails in the Duluth/S
 uperior area\, geocaching\, playing the latest video games\, attending liv
 e concerts\, and pouring through pop culture trivia. Adam is also a twelve
 -year participant in the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics\, plunging into
  the icy waters of Lake Superior every February to raise funds and awarene
