 n update on the finalized changes to the HOS. The new rules addresses the 
 sleeper-berth exception\, the exception for adverse driving conditions\, t
 he short-haul exception and break periods.\n\nSign up early\, this will be
  an informative forum and Mark will be available for Q&amp\;A after the pr
