 nes began his employment with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrat
 ion (FMCSA) Wisconsin Division in August of 2011.  Prior to that Grant wa
 s an investigator with Missouri Department of Transportation and was part 
 of the CSA 2010 test state roll out.\n\nAs an investigator\, Grant conduct
 ed federal investigations at assigned companies in the State of Wisconsin.
   Grant also conducted vehicle inspections and is the state HHG specialis
 t for FMCSA.\n\nGrant is also an instructor for the National Training Cent
 er and teaches the Compliance Review course nationally.  He has participa
 ted in multiple agency work groups.  Grant is now the Federal Program Spe
